Shipping Information

Covid-19 and Holiday Delays

Due to high volumes of shipments occurring during the holidays and health precautions by shipping couriers for Covid-19, there may be shipment delays with your order. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping transit times within the US, and 3-6 weeks internationally. We do our best to ensure your packages are sent out in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience when experiencing delivery delays. Please refer to the tracking information sent to you to track your package.

Shipping Confirmation and Email Receipts

When you place your order, you will be sent an email confirmation of your order. Once your order ships, a separate email will be sent to track your order.

Estimated Delivery & Processing Time

Please check your tracking number for an estimated delivery time. We typically fulfill orders within 2-5 business days. For international delivery times, please see your tracking information to find an estimated arrival time.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will not be processed until Monday or the next business day.

Taxes & Duties

Duties and customs fees may apply to customers residing outside of the United States. Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties that are incurred during delivery. We are not responsible for any customs or duties incurred when receiving the items.

International Shipping

Please see our Current Countries list for the most updated regions we ship to. We are unable to ship to PO boxes for international orders.

Damaged Orders

We do our best to ensure your items are protected and arrive in time. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as best we can. Please make sure to keep all original packaging and products to better assist our investigation.

Late Orders

If your package has been marked as "delivered," but has not arrived, please wait at least 2 weeks as sometimes courier services may be experiencing delays. Please refer to your tracking information on your package’s location and estimated arrival time. We have the same amount of information as you do about your package.

Lost Orders

If your order has been marked as “delivered,” but is missing, please contact your shipping courier. They may be able to provide more information with your tracking number. Please also check for any delivery notices for pickup at your local post office or at your door as sometimes packages are left there.

Invalid Address, Return to Sender

If your address is either invalid or incomplete and cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. We will attempt to contact you to correct the address, which will cause shipping delays.

If your order is “Returned to Sender,” we will only refund the products and not the shipping fees.

Address Changes & Redirecting Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been processed and shipped. Once the shipment is in transit or delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package. We are unable to forward or redirect any packages.
