Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy on eligible products. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Exchanges are not available for any items. If you would like to place a different order, we recommend returning the item, then placing a new order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

  • unused and in the original condition you received it 
  • include the original packaging
  • within our 30-day return policy

We have several products that are exempt from returns: gift cards, digital goods, stickers, stationary, pins, and prints are not accepted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are excluded and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. Exchanges are not available for any items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically sent to your original form of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please email contact@fuwuffle.com or use our contact form.
  2. Include your order number, pictures of your order and original packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Once you have received the return request approval, please follow the instructions provided by us.
  4. Send us your return using the original packaging, or equivalent packaging. We will inspect your return for approval once it arrives and will send you a confirmation email when your return is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

If you choose to return your order, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international returns.

Lost Returns

If your return is lost in transit (due to the courier), it is unfortunately outside our control, and it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to follow up.
